Complemented by black standing seam cladding and warm timber accents, the result is a striking architectural composition with a refined Brutalist aesthetic.
As part of a two-lot subdivision, the project required extensive negotiation with the local planning department to achieve the desired outcome. The final design delivers a high-end, modern residence that balances industrial strength with inviting warmth.
