A Thoughtful B&B Integration in Point Lonsdale
Located within a newly developed estate in Point Lonsdale, Calcium Park Crescent is home to a vibrant community of young families. This project was designed to provide additional income for our client through a seamlessly integrated bed and breakfast attached to their residence.
The challenge was to create a modern addition that remained visually distinct yet subordinate to the main dwelling. The design carefully balances accessibility for efficient servicing while ensuring privacy for both guests and the homeowners. Thoughtful spatial planning allows for secluded retreats, catering to the needs of the young family while enhancing the guest experience.
The result is a refined and functional extension that complements the existing home while offering a welcoming and private stay for visitors.
